more than a something

last night

was pretty special...

in just a few hours we...

gathered,

told our stories,

shared our struggles,

meditated in silence,

laughed in humility,

chatted as sisters,

hugged our hearts,

drained our lymphs,

opened our minds,

sipped warm tea,

tasted sweet treats,

listened with curiosity,

asked hard questions,

embraced new ideas,

wrote down things to remember,

made new friends,

lifted each other up,

and

committed to many more next times.

molly and i 

had hoped that our concept

for an 'm&e' {me} wellness workshop 

might be something,

for someone.

and we are more than thrilled

that it was just that 

and so much more.
