who remembers
when i used to blog thankful tuesday
every single week?
i would pop online during
one of my kiddos' nap time
and jot down
the week's gratitude list.
it was a sweet and tangible pause that would reset
my head space, heart and outlook on the week ahead.
well i don't have napping kids anymore,
but i did somehow have
thai take-out and tacos for dinner...
on a tuesday.
so here it is,
thai & taco thankful tuesday.
- wes, my texas chip gains & coach taylor rolled into one
- gratitude, grit and growth during the fall's sports season
- teams, coaches, parents, fans and carpools that make it all worth it
- our town's new playgrounds
- being a mom at a playground
- folded laundry that other people put away
- groceries that other people put away
- jane's lost tooth lisp
- being back on the dawn treader with bennett now that football season is over
- wrist x-rays and Christmas shopping with ella
- breaking promises, and being forgiven
- dog bones on amazon boxes
- lots of sweet families on the defoyd backyard farm dreamy swing
- being all hands on deck
- needing all hands on deck
- a fresh coat of paint
here's to gratitude and how it
turns everything into enough.
